Wash N' Fold
When my family started to grow, I would have laundry days where I completed laundry for all. Flash forward to our family size multiplying and activities increasing, I realized not only is this impossible to keep tabs on, the sock gremlins are working overtime and clothing items a misplaced left and right... 1) Laundry for the house can NOT be completed for any family over 3 in a single day 2)When the quantity is high, its harder to be diligent about putting away and 3) The busier you are the more chaotic your laundry space will be with order in time. How do we fix this conundrum?! Create set days for each family member's laundry to be done as well as a linens day. Make a wash. fold. put away rule for everyone to follow! Yes, the washer will likely run daily but order will be far more attainable! For the old school: the same water, drying, etc is used whether you space it or blitz the task. Be free of the bondage, ha, ha!
