Baby-proof under the roof!

When I tell you Miss #GabbyMack is a busy body, that's an understatement. It's been years since we had a little one in the house and I forgot how dangerous normal household items can be. It's been even more difficult to find what works in the space without it basically looking like we borrowed walls from the nearest insane asylum, ha, ha!! The aesthetic matters. The safety matters even more! I'm sharing great items that have kept our precious cargo out of harms way while she's careening the hallways because I can assure you, she's not slowing down anytime soon!

Baby Gates

Here a baby gate, there a baby gate....

Gates are the single most used item and one that multiples are purchased for a single residence. I honestly dislike the look of all entryways being sealed off and my baby looking like a caught hamburglar, ha, ha! We chose retractable netted gates. They are vey strong and the perfect height. Its a win at the German residence!

Fireplace Cover

This was a new one to me. For the first time, we have and hug stone/brick encased fireplace that is grandly beautiful yet strikingly dangerous. The moment I saw the fireplace, I went into problem-solving mode. upon research, I found that there are so many options that compliment a variety of fireplaces. Cushion seating and corner-only bumpers are all great additions as they don't compromise style and design of your home. They are extremely durable and add comfort for the whole family!

Corner Bumpers

They don't have to be an eye sore! I decided on clear corners that aren't readily noticeable. They come in various sizes and can be found on various sites. They're gentle on heads AND teeth (Gabby bites everything)!

Don't forget your socket covers! Happy proofing!
