The Nutcracker!

The princess worked so unbelievably hard! We are so very proud of the our little German! Even though she has been in Bailey for a few years now, I have never experienced the level of dedication required by the entire family at this level of dance. Ladies and gentlemen, this production wore me out!!! Countless 4-6 hour practices, several fittings and dress rehearsals helped us get to this point.

Being a part of the Atlanta Academy of dance has been a wonderful growth experience for Bailey and she has learned so much! The production took a total of 2 1/2 months to prepare for with a cast of 45 dancers. Bailey landed two parts in the Party scene in the first act and an angel in the second! We can't wait to see what all this ballerina has in-store for us in the upcoming years!

Ask Bailey:

What did you enjoy most about being in the Nutcracker?

I enjoyed performing for people and making the audience happy!

What was the hardest part?

Keeping my costume bloomers up. ( ha, ha! )

What can we look forward to in dance for you?

Me becoming a prima Ballerina! Well, She spoke it and I can't wait to see what's upcoming...Mommy loves you!
